Investing in brilliant visionaires and ventures

GHIA RANSOME, MCM CLC

Founder & CEO

I'm Ghia—an organizational strategist who spent over a decade building people-first systems across multi-site operations. My path here wasn't linear. Before HR, I was behind the scenes creative directing and producing high-profile concerts and events. That foundation still shapes how I think: lead with humanity, build the infrastructure, and steward what you've been entrusted with.

Today I invest my expertise across three ventures: fractional HR consulting for growing companies, property management for passive investors, and real estate investing. Different lanes, same philosophy—when you invest in people and systems that work, the returns go far beyond financial. That's genius. That's Ghinius.

COMING SOON: OFF THE RECORD

Every workplace has a story that never makes it to the file.

The decision made behind closed doors that changed everything—for an employee who wasn't in the room to have a say.

The years of loyalty that ended with being passed over for a promotion—without so much as a conversation before the announcement went out.

The manager who keeps fighting for more staff while their team drowns—and keeps getting told no.

The executive who calls attention to operational concerns—only to be met with pushback from leaders who would rather protect their reputation than fix what's broken.

The moments HR sees—but is pressured to stay silent.

OFF THE RECORD is an AI cinema series that pulls back the curtain on workplace dynamics—the politics, the secret pacts, the pivots, and the deeply human moments that shape careers and culture.
